Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra in collaboration with Admerit College, Bihar will organize a national level student conclave on February 8-9, 2014.

Entitled as BIT-Admerit National Student Conclave 2014, the topic of the conclave is “Challenges of New Millennium”.

All participants will be awarded certificate of participation and the winners in each category will receive cash prize + medal + certificate.

Deadlines for submission:

• Last date of Abstract Submission: January 16, 2014

• Acceptance of Abstract: January 18, 2014

• Last date of full paper, article / case study: January 25, 2014

• Notification of acceptance: January 31, 2014

Participation Fee

• Students: Rs. 250/-

• Research Scholars: Rs. 500/-

Guidelines to submission of registration fee:

• Registration fees may be submitted through cash / DD in favour of Admerit College, payable at Patna

• Registration fees are non-refundable and non transferable

• Registration fees indicated are on non-residential basis only

• Additional charge for food and lodging
