Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is an Indian state-owned aerospace and defence company with about nine factories and few regional offices in India. It is owned by the Indian Government and primarily manufactures advanced electronic products for the Indian Armed Forces. BEL is one of nine PSUs under the Ministry of Defence of India. Mode of Selection:
Candidates will be shortlisted based on aggregate marks scored in engineering and selection will be done based on the performance in the written test.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Only Indian nationals are eligible
- Candidates should have passed BE / B. Tech. on or after 01-08-2014
- Qualifying Marks: For General / OBC candidates – first class and for SC / ST and PHP candidates – pass class

Age limit:
- Maximum Age 25 years as on 01.01.2022
- Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC, ST and PHP candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates
GATE Score:
A score of candidates in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineers (GATE) 2022 will be a determining factor in the selection. The graduate engineers who are interested in taking up a career in BEL need to appear for GATE 2022 in the relevant disciplines.
Based on the GATE score, candidates will then be qualified for the next selection rounds consisting of a group discussion and group task and then finally a personal interview to assess a candidates’ understanding of different facets, skills and attitude. Candidates have to first successfully pass the GATE-2022 examination and after that the GD/GT and PI to make it to the selection. Merit list will be prepared based on GATE score, GD/GT and PI scores, and will as per each discipline.

On receipt of GATE registration number, the candidates need to apply to BEL online.
Emoluments:
Candidates selected for the above position will be placed in E-II grade, at the minimum of the pay scale of Rs. 16400-40500/-. In addition, they will be entitled to DA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Medical Reimbursement and other perquisites as admissible.
