ARSD’s 2013 Student Election: Hope for the betterment of the College

DU’s election is always being the most awaited one. As publicity stands, students join various activities like campaigning, distributing posters, vote appealing activities in support of their candidates and it is always a fun for all.

Following the same ARSD College students has also started preparation for 2013 election as election will be on September 13, 2013.

Candidates are making their best effort of grabbing the maximum votes from the students. Campaigning is going at its best. Different candidates, different agendas, but one destination.

Every year students select their leaders hoping that he/she will stand for them, will fight for their rights. Through this kind of college election there is a proactive efforts to gain knowledge how to manage things or how to things get done. Today’s youth are the future of the country. We never know that one of them can be the future leader of the country. So this is a kind of rehearsal they should take seriously and give their best devotion towards the implementation of all agendas they have made.

Students of ARSD are hoping that whoever will be the leader he/she will definitely do something different for the betterment of the college, students and lead the college to its best progress ever.

Delhi University has also taken proactive steps to ensure a fair, smooth and transparent mode of elections. A grievance Committee headed by The Dean, Student’s Welfare is to be set up that shall specifically look into any grievances during the process of DUSU Elections 2013.
