The AP EAMCET counselling notification was issued in the newspapers indicating important dates. AP EAMCET Counselling 2022 - Steps to Submit Processing Fee

To get seat in the desired college through EAMCET 2022, follow the below-mentioned steps

Step- 1- Submit Processing Fee Online- Visit the official website of AP EAMCET 2022, https://apeamcet.nic.in/Default.aspx or click the above link.

Step-2- Enter the Hall Ticket Number, Rank and captcha in the respective spaces.

Step-3- Either submit the fee by credit card or debit card or net banking and enter your credentials.

Step-4- Take the printout of the online receipt and bring the same at the time of verification of certificates

Processing Fee

Candidates have to remit the processing fee

• For General and OBC Candidates- Rs.1200/-
• For SC/ST candidates- Rs.600/-

AP EAMCET Counselling 2022- Stages of Counselling Process

1. Issue of Notification

The notification of counselling was released after the declaration of EAMCET Result. It will contain the counselling dates and rank of the candidates. The official counselling notification will be released online on the website of State Council of Higher Education and in the newspaper. Alongside it contains the list of Help-line Centres. Seat allotment in any engineering and Pharmacy College will be done for the candidates who attend the certification round.

2. Certificate Verification-

Candidates should bring the following certificates in order to claim seat and to validate their candidature-

• EAMCET Hall ticket
• EAMCET Rank Card
• SSC / Intermediate or Equivalent marks memo
• Study/Bonafide Certificate from III to X Class and Intermediate (10+2)
• Caste Certificate of SC/ST/BC/Minorities (if applicable)
• Income Certificate issued by MRO issued on or after 01 January 2014 (if any candidate claims fee exemption).
• PH/NCC/CAP/Sports and Games Certificates (if applicable)
• Transfer Certificate.
• Candidates will be issued a receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centres after Verification.

3. Exercising Options-

Candidates will receive a blank option form, colleges list along with their course and codes after certification verification in help-line centres. Prepare a list of colleges where you want to take admission and give priority number in the blank option form. Now, enter the options online on the official website. The exam conducting authority will allot the college on the basis of the rank of the candidates and their priority. Help-Line Centres shall furnish the detailed procedure of Exercising Options.

4.  Modification of Options and Freezing:

Candidate can modify his/her options and priorities N-number of times during the allotted time. After allotted time, candidates can only modify the options on the specific dates, intimidated by the authority and this will be the final chance for exercising options.

5.  Final Seat Allotment

Final Allotments will be notified on the official website. Candidates have to download the allotment order and report through Self-reporting system and at the allotted college. These two stages are mandatory to grab the assigned seat. Satisfying only one condition is not sufficient. The allotment will be cancelled if you fail to report through self-reporting system and at the respective college by the dates stipulated.
