Anchor-Leadership cell at Motilal Nehru College

On Monday, April 6, 2015, a leadership cell was held at Motilal Nehru College, New Delhi which consisted a series of innovative and social activities. 

The event was ice broken with the first activity which was named Attention and Intelligence in which Commencement speech of Steve jobs at Stanford University was shown to the participants and were rapid fire questions were asked from each team’s representative about what inspired them in the speech and how they connect themselves from the speech.

The second activity was named as Team Building in which all the team members were systematically paired of two members each and were asked to socialize from each other and were asked to introduce and tell about each other to the fellows of the cell.

The last activity was a case study on Human Resource problem and two teams were merged into 4 members to resolve the same, then the each solution was counter questioned by the fellow members of the cell.

The workshop witnessed great turnout of the participants and good response from the same.

When asked about the motive about cell, Pratham Sawant, Founder of the cell says” We aim to Conduct talks, lectures, discussions, workshops and other activities to promote qualities of leadership, and draw inspiration from those who have already excelled in their fields.”

Participants were from across the Delhi University’s College like Zakir Hussain, Atma Ram College etc.
