AMUEEE 2017 Eligibility, Syllabus, Results and More

The Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) conducts Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Exam (AMUEEE) for students seeking admission in undergraduate engineering courses in AMU.

AMU will be conducting AMUEEE 2022 exam in May next year tentatively to test engineering aspirants for their abilities that will make applicants eligible to get admission.

AMU offers engineering courses in various fields like:

• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Petrochemical Engineering

The AMU has its own set of eligibility criteria and if any candidates’ qualification doesn’t match with AMUEEE eligibility it will be cancelled without intimation.

AMUEEE Eligibility Criteria 2022

Applicant should have passed 12 standards from Aligarh Muslim University with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.

In addition to this, applicants who will possess Diploma in Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University with at least 50% marks in aggregate will also be eligible to apply for the engineering entrance exam.

Candidates should keep in mind that they should be less than 24 years of age as on December 31 2022.

How to Apply for AMUEEE 2022

An aspirant can download or fill online application when the AMUEE application form 2022 will be available for on the official portal from January 2022.

• Visit the official website of AMU
• Click on the ‘Admission and Test’ tab on the top of the home page
• Now click on AMUEEE 2022 Application Form in the notification bar
• Fill the application form and attach scanned copies of required documents
• Pay the AMUEEE 2022 application fees and submit the complete form enclosing the receipt of the payment
• Keep a copy for future references

Candidates should make sure that they should submit their application before the last date of submission of AMU application form i.e. March 2022.
AMUEEE 2022 Application Fees

Applicants have to submit 500 Rs. online along with the AMUEEE application form as the AMUEEE application fees.

Applicants should also note that AMU provides no special reservation or application fee exemption for any special category applicants.

How to Download AMUEEE 2022 Admit Card

The AMU will possibly release 2022 AMUEEE admit cards in the month of April next year for the 2022 AMU engineering test to be conducted in May 2022.

Applicants are recommended to check the details mentioned on the AMUEEE 2022 admit card like Name, roll no. venue, exam name, timings and in case of any issue in the admit card students are required to contact examination authority immediately.

AMUEEE 2022 Exam Pattern

AMU holds two AMUEEE papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2, but candidates appearing for AMU engineering entrance test seeking admissions in undergraduate engineering courses will have to write AMUEEE paper 1.

AMUEEE is 3 hours objective type question paper containing 150 questions.

One mark is allotted to each question that sums up to total 150 marks of question paper.

Interestingly, there is no negative marking for wrong answers.

AMUEEE engineering test paper is formed from Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects.

Applicants are required to score qualifying marks in the AMUEEE exam so, that they can be termed selected and successfully take part in AMUEEE counselling.

AMUEEE scores 2022 will determine the merit of the students thus their probability of getting admission in the college of their choice.

Possibly, AMU will announce AMUEEE 2022 results in the month of June next year, once the exam will be conducted in May.

AMUEEE Merit List 2022

The Aligarh Muslim University will also release AMUEEE 2022 merit list along with AMUEEE results or day dafter to intimate qualified students to appear for AMUEEE counselling 2022.

Candidates should make sure that only qualified students will be named in the AMUEEE merit list.

AMUEEE 2022 Counselling

AMU generally holds two-three rounds of AMUEEE counselling in a way giving more no. of chances to all the qualified students to seek admission in the choice of their college till the seats are available.

At the time of AMU counselling process aspirants have to file their choice of college and their choice of undergraduate engineering course.

In addition to this, candidates should make sure admissions will be allowed on mere merit basis.

Aspirants are supposed to submit the AMUEEE admission fees once the seat is booked during the counselling.

Candidates are also recommended to refer the official website of AMU to check the list of documents to be produced at the time of counselling.

After the admission process is over, the university will return candidates’ original mark sheet within three months.
