Amiphoria College Fest Celebrated at Amity University in March 2012

The saviour from the mid semester tests and the hectic all day classes was 'Amiphoria' 2012, an event organised entirely by students of Amity University.

Amiphoria provided an opportunity to the students to showcase their leadership and management skills, a chance to toss their brains, a chance to innovate, a chance to express, and a chance to discover themselves better for many.

'Amiphoria', as the name sounds is the amalgamation of amity and euphoria. And it was exactly the festive time at Amity, between 14 and 16 March, 2012 – Amiphoria, known as the annual fest at Amity.

The events organised by the students of various departments of Amity University was full with an array of entertainment and fun activities for all students. Students from other colleges had come to witness the fest and they were amazed to see the enthusiasm and the aura of Amity during those days.

It was all so different. Foyers, porticoes, seminar halls, auditorium and classes were packed with students performing some activity or the other. The enthusiasm and the fervor of Amiphoria 2012 by Amity University remained unparalleled. Spectators kept moving from one place to another to witness the events and the participants entertained the audience with grace.

Miscellaneous events like Mr. and Ms. Amity, facial landscaping, vandalism, ‘Nukkad Natak’, poem writing, dazzling dance performances, ramp walk, band performances, melodious singing, gaming, android based applications making, techno quizzes.

Amiphoria 2012 thus unfurled curtains to a three-day fest of unparalleled excitement, nerve-wracking competitions and spot events, workshops from professional artists, and to top it all, awe-inspiring performances from the super talented students of Amity.
