Indira Gandhi National Open University Bachelor’s in Education entrance exam for candidates who are interested in pursuing teaching as career.

Eligibility criteria
Graduation or Post-Graduation Degree with fifty per cent marks: Provided that the requirement of fifty per cent marks shall not apply to persons appointed as teachers prior to the commencement of the National Council for Teacher Education.

Important dates
Entrance Test is held in the month of August. (official date not released as yet)

• UP B.Ed

About the exam
JEE – B.Ed.’ is a combined entrance examination for admission to B.Ed. Courses running in various Government/Aided/Self-Financed Colleges and Universities in Uttar Pradesh (UP); And this time, JEE B.Ed. will be conducted by Gorakhpur University.

Eligibility criteria
The candidates should have passed the graduation with 50 % marks. For the SC/ST candidates the eligibility criterion is having passed the graduation or PG. The candidates should go through the detailed advertisement before filling in the application forms.

About the exam
The government of Maharashtra will conduct Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test (MH TET) 2013 also known as Maharashtra TET, as per the formalities laid down by the Central regulating authorities. Maharashtra TET is for the candidates aspiring to pursue teaching as a career.

Eligibility criteria
Candidate should be a graduate or have appeared in the final year of graduation. 50% marks are the minimum requirements to be eligible for B.Ed.
