All India Bar Examination (AIBE) VII on 27th July 2014

The Bar Council of India (BCI) will conduct All India Bar Examination-VII (AIBE-VII) on 27th July, 2014. Online Applications are invited from qualifying Advocates interested to appear in AIBE-VII.

AIBE (All India Bar Examination), conducted by BCI, tests an advocate’s ability to practice the profession of law in India. It consists of one hundred (100) multiple choice questions spread across various subjects. The subjects are taken from the syllabi prescribed by BCI for the three-year and five year programs at different law schools in India.

Eligibility:

• Candidates may apply to appear for the All India Bar Examination 2014 only after passing LLB and enrolling as an advocate under Section 24 of the Advocate Act, 1961.
• Candidates will also have to submit suitable proof of the enrollment along with the application form for the All India Bar Examination.

Important Information

• There is only one mode of application i.e. online which can be accessed by a candidate after registering on the AIBE website by creating a LOGIN ACCOUNT. Click here to register!

• No copies of the filled in Online Application Form or uploaded certificates/documents need to be sent to the BCI Office for candidates applying for AIBE-VII onwards.
• The Hall-Ticket/Admit Card should be accessed/downloaded by the candidate from the personal LOGIN ACCOUNT. The candidate is required to take the printout of the Hall-Ticket / Admit Card to the Examination Hall.
